i am on zvja. is it enough to sideload the update linked by discobear or do i need to flash the full stable fw from sammobile using odin to get ota updates in the future? i am not enrolled to the beta program.

Flash full stable using Odin if you want OTA updates in the future.
Use HOME_CSC in Odin if you want no personal data loss.

This is my first android phone,so I wonder if there is any proper way to update my phone. Usually in every major version of iOS I did a Restore of the firmware from itunes

Nope, no beta... I went from official 12 to official 13

It works even any official minor or major update.

PC way via Smart Switch (official app)

PC way via Odin, dowwnload dirmware via sammobile, samfw, Frija or other way and flash via Odin (or SamFw) - this method is not recommended for everyone because you may brick your phone (make it unusable).

PC sideload - again for experts and may brick it

PC/special box way - phone service way for software "bricked" phones.

I don't know how it's yours, but my s22+ installed official one ui 5 and have lag compared to one ui 4.1 android 12. Im made it hard reset two times, but same situation, have some lag, battery seems to be better, someone have same problem?
