Endless boot after lgup

After LGup procedure my phone is not booting on.
I tried different kdz and it doesn't work.What should it do?
It stuck on lg logo,that light moves,so it not a bootloop but i'm waiting like an hour.

I think that not wiping your data may have caused your phone to not boot up

it worked without doing "wipe data" in past, but now,i think,it was just some bug
