English US vs English UK in devoid.franco Rom & kernel -> No Amazon MP3 streaming

I have flashed the Franco Rom and kernel. When I finished, my phone asked me what language I would like to use. I could not find English US, so I chose English UK. (I am probably blind ) This had an unexpected impact. Amazon MP3 application has 2 version a US version and a UK version. The UK version is crippled. The UK version does not support music streaming.

Any suggestion?

PS The MP3 app is also showing prices in pounds.

PPS I am on the current version franco.Kernel.v9.

Checked openOptimus. Same results. Is this because they are Optimus One ROMs? The Optimus One was never sold in the USA. I have an Optimus T.

Suggestion: Add "English US" into the code. This would allow people to use Amazon's streaming MP3 application (currently restricted to US) and it might open up the possibility of accessing the Amazon App Store. Could the code be borrowed from the LG Optimus T source code or just have 2 copies of the existing English UK but rename one of them to English US?
