Ensure Replacement unit?

Hello,


i need to send my unit to Service, because it has:
  • some problems in the keyboard (some keys stop working)
  • have the problem with the 3.5mm jack (shows handset connected when they arent)
  • cant get the mic working, it only works in the first call. (i know this is a software problem.)
  • it has a problem with the display when i place a screen protector (i tryed durasec hightec and martin fields), after a couple of weeks the pda touchscreen it doesnt work


now, because all of this...

i want to ensure SE send me back a new unit, how can i made this without "breaking" the warranty?

I'm afraid that the warranty for the thing with the display is already broken. SE didn't suggest the x1-users to use screen protectors...
You cannot force SE to send you a replacement, that's their decision and I would definitely suggest you to do nothing further to destroy your x1 more ;)
