Entering bootloader

I recently changed the lcd of my hd2 because it was broken due to falling on the floor.
When reassembled the volume buttons were broken.

Does anyone know how or if its possible to enter the bootloader and make selections without using the volume buttons. Maybe something with the telephone and hangup buttons.???

1. Boot in bootloader with active sync.
2. Install clk
3. Compile your own cwr with the keys mapped different.
4. Install your own compiled cwr.
5. Flash you favorite rom.

By bootloader he ment the *SPL Screen.
