Does this Firmware and vendor requirments "Miui weekly 21.4.14" means we should flash miui 21.4.14 weekly update before april release pixel experience plus rom instead of stable update 12.2.9 ?

hi, i have flashed pixel experience rom flashing 12.2.9 first and then flashed pixel experience plus over it. am not able to recieve or send calls from my phone now. Mi 10 region- India. please help

update- solved. I shouldn't have deleted internal storage in twrp. If anyone face same delete only data, cache and dalvik cache in twrp after installing base miui rom before installing PE Plus rom

Hi, thanks for this great rom. Everything working great so far. One minor bug, cannot complete face id setup if you already have fingerprint and again if you first setup face id then you cannot complete the set up of fingerprint. And a question. I was on latest miui eu. On latest update I faced radio problems couldn't receive calls and sms. After reset was working but with volte all incoming calls were "unknown". I installed PE on top of latest miui eu and RIL was fine but couldn't get 5g and volte vowifi, so I installed latest stable modem firmware (global). Now everything is fine but no 5g so my question is is there a previous modem fw that 5g works? I had no 5g with miui eu as well for the past builds. I think the first 12.5 was the last one that 5g worked. Should I try a china modem? Thanks in advance

how did you install the latest modem ? am not able to send or recive calls now after flashing stable 12.2.9 followed by pixel experience plus rom

Battery life seems low, lower than Miui any version as per se. Daily usage was same for me. I have restricted more battery usage apps. Anything else can be done to improve battery life ?

1. Install TWRP
2. install umi_images_V12.2.9.0.RJBCNXM
3. wipe data/cache
4. reboot
5. install pixel plus rom
6. wipe data/cache

1.Install Twrp
2.Format Data - full internal storage will be deleted
OR
Advanced wipe- Wipe cache, dalvik and data only. DON'T wipe internal storage if you want to retain media files
3. Install 12.5.3 firmware
4. Install Pixel Plus ROM
5. Reboot

It seems to me that it is the best ROM. Project 404 is also doing very well but I stick with PE +.
The mistakes? As in almost all roms, the volume is a bit low but much better than in others (the solution goes through Magisk I think, I do not have it rooted), the wired headphones do not work and the fast charge is not that fast.
I don't see any more mistakes, everything works very well for me and very fast.

Face Unlock works perfectly for me.

I have wipe, format data, clear dalvik, data, system, cache, reboot recovery, finally install rom success, setup face unlock but it doesn't work in lock screen.
It's strange. Can you tell me how you installed the PE+ rom? Maybe I made a mistake during the installation? Thank you.

Does that mean i have to install MIUI China 12.5 before? Can you be more specific about this?

The battery life was bad at first, and then after the firmware from 12.5.5 Chinese became good, from 100 to 20% the battery decreased in 7.45 hours of screen time.

But, what about Double tap to sleep or lock/unlock device with active case?

Last version PE - Double tap is worked very well
