Currently I'm fighting a few Linux update patches that are causing problems. Hopefully I'll sort that out soon and start tweaking/adding things to the kernel. It will still be some time though as I'm a bit busy lately.
Any progress on the project?
I am about to flash this kernel again.
Would be nice to test it out to if needed

Not really. I got the Linux kernel patches all applied though. I will try to get the MM kernel source in sync with this build soon though and we can see if there are any problems.
I was actually planning on messing with this a bit, but then I spent like 30 minutes updating the Slimrom thread. I went to save and XDA gave me an error, so I wasted time there. I still can't edit the original post for whatever reason. Guess I'll try again tomorrow as I'm just annoyed by the whole matter now [emoji35]
Lol

I would assume so yes, but I can't say with 100℅ certainty. I will look into this soon.

Already I checked. Special problems are not present, only if reboot is not a mobile network, helping flight mode. Then something changed. I went back, waiting for the correction. (Google Translate)

I just flashed the CM13 kernel on LineageOS. It all works good for me. No problems here.
Hey I'm upgrading my s4mini to the s5mini in a week or so...... I like the features you have in your kernel, I would also like to try the new Lineage OS but struggling finding reliable post/ROM

Would you be kind enough to share the link/ROM you are using for S5mini please??

Many thanks ?

Hi! Is there a chance that this could work for LineageOS 14.1?
At some point I will make a kernel for LineageOS 14.1. I'm really waiting until I start messing more with nougat, which will be soon hopefully.
To answer your question though, it's unlikely that the CM kernel on the main post would work for LineageOS 14.1. It's possible though. Only try if you understand the consequences and know how to get your system back if it fails though.

No problem, we can wait as this is the most stable custom kernel for g800f.

I want To suggest for adding more features:
- fading LED (Shold be already present in your next build :D )
- GPU overclocking
- Voltage control for CPU and GPU

I hope you consider those features!! :)

I will indeed consider and try to implement these features. I'm nearly done with my "ROM building phase" [emoji2] Then I very much promise to get back to this!

Not yet, sorry. Hopefully I'll have some time soon. I just don't know exactly when. I've just been really busy lately.

Yesterday did experiments. I took the core of Spookcity_Kernel_RR-v2.5 and the original kernel [G800F / M / Y] [7.1.1] RESURRECTION REMIX N 5.8.2, used the kernel repacker.exe program. I installed RESURRECTION REMIX N 5.8.2 on a clean phone. And I installed the resulting kernel. The phone was loaded, the main part is working, Wifi is working, the mobile network is working (there is no mobile Internet). Applications are started, but everyone has a problem, there is no access to memory., There is no way to save a photo or screenshot. And there is no possibility to install applications. The file manager does not work. If you fix access to memory and mobile Internet, you can get a working kernel., Unfortunately, I do not understand anything about this. (Google Translate)
