Gran mercy! Update to 6.4 solves the problem. Sorry for wasting your time :) thanks
No problem. Glad it works. I'll have to have a look into what changed from 6.2 to 6.4 to create this problem. I'll update the main post so people know it only works with 6.4

@spookcity138 I was wondering which CPU governor (for this kernel) is best when in terms of performance. I don't really care about the battery life, it's just about fluidity and performance for me.

I did some research about the different governors but I don't know which one's best, HYPER, performance or a completely different one? Performance seems the most obvious to me, but I'd like to get your advice because there's some many governors!

Are foreign languages allowed on this forum? I hope so...

Hey,
Actually only English is allowed here. I'm not complaining, just saying. Also, even though I do live in the Netherlands my Dutch is poor at best. :D
I do however think, and hope I understand your question.
If I do my answer is this..I don't really know hahaa
I personally always use either zzmove with profile 2 ,ybat or alucard. I am very happy with my performance, but I'm not real sure that either of these is the best performance wise. I also always turn down my animations to .5 or so. I find this is much smoother and I just don't need long animations. Maybe someone else can help you more than me. Good luck!

Oh I just assumed you spoke Dutch since you live in the Netherlands. That means you must've moved here from another country, right? Anyway, thanks for the quick reply! I'll translate my message to English by the way

No worries. I try to understand Dutch the best I can. Hopefully my answer was at least related to your question [emoji3]
I did indeed move here from America and I do enjoy it here.

Off-topic: The Dutch language can be very hard to learn so it'll definitely take some time, but you'll make it through. At least we don't have cases like in Germany...

Haha, yes. For awhile I couldn't hear the difference in Dutch and German. Now it is very obviously different,so that's a step in the right direction. [emoji3]
I understand Dutch far better than I can speak it. In time I suppose.

Learning a language will happen over time and only by reading and hearing Dutch, you'll improve every day. But since you don't speak Dutch very well, do you go to an international school or something like that?

Haha that's such a cool story! I'm sure you'll love it here! It must be hard to find a job when you don't speak Dutch (very well) and you just moved here

Yeah,I really like it here. I've been doing some computer related stuff for a little money. Luckily my girlfriend is very cool and supportive. It'll work out fine I'm sure. I like to stay positive. Hehe

Hey spook! Can you make a zip for CM14 too? :)
Possibly. I'll try tomorrow. I was going to try anyway for myself because my sim card isn't detected on CM14 and I wanted to see if maybe that would help that issue.
If I do successfully get the kernel to boot I will msg you a link as I'm not going to post it up here yet in the very early stages of CM14.

Is there a custom kernel for cm14 on s5mini g800f. Keep getting robotic voice whilst calling other mobiles. It's been suggested that another kernel might fix it. Any advice?
