Actually @Lord Boeffla, it is interesting st the very least. I don't use Lineage source code for my own kernel and it seems to crash at the same point. I'd imagine they probably are parsing some memory algorithm that older devices don't support or something.. Best to avoid benchmarks altogether though

New kernel update is out:

Version 6.1-beta1
06.07.2017

  • Update: Updated with latest official LineageOS kernel commits as of 04.07.17, 08.00 CET
  • Change: Removed wake gestures, as these swipe gestures are now occupied by LineageOS itself
  • Update: Improved device detection in installer script
  • New: Kernel configuration and compiler flags changed to switch off kernel size optimization (in favor of speed)
Enjoy

Ok folks, time has come: I am starting to a small 10-days holiday break now. Visiting Oktoberfest in Munich and roaming around with my friends from Florida in the Berlin area.

This means: No update on kernels an app in the next days. Whatever happens in the world, I am away from home and could not do anything.

Please also note, support from myself will be reduced to a bare minimum per nature. I try to read from time to time in the forums, but I will not have the chance for any detailed answers.

CU all again Monday the week after next.

Have a great time

Hi all,

I want to inform you, I am going on a 3.5 weeks holiday to sunny Florida basically right now. I am back Monday, 20th of November again.

This means:
- No kernel or app updates in the next 3.5 weeks
- I am also not reading forums at all, nor will I answer questions here
- Support requests by E-Mail will be answered after my return
- Donation codes will be generated, but maybe with some more delay

Have a good time, enjoy a "flash-free" time... and CU all again soon.

Andi

Boeffla, your kernel is amazing. A shame I didn't test it earlier.

I think I found my new daily driver kernel. :)

What CPU/GPU governor is recommended for optimized battery life?

Sound control, Oneplus X

Why there's nothing except headphones volume in Boeffla sound app section?
What about all the other features like equalization listed on the website?
