So it possible to use Custom OREO (as Nitrogen) rom with nougat firmware as internal and lineage 14.1 as secondery ?

If you use an Oreo ROM, you need Oreo firmware. If you use nougat, you need nougat firmware. Since you need both nougat and Oreo, no you can't because you can't have 2 different firmwares

I use open beta 26 and I install multirom I want to install havoc os rom second should i get frimwer open beta26 and then i will install havoc os and then get gapps do i have to get install frimwer or not

No. I'm using LOS 15.1 as primary and PA 7.1.2 as secondary, working well

Hi. I'm trying to get multirom working, but when I boot into nitrogen secondary(or other 8.1 los/aosp Roms) I get an error something about not finding fstab (doesn't save multirom_log.txt . I've got nitrogen as primary and ob 35 fw.

Primary los 15.1, and no oreo rom boot as secondary except DU. Most of the time I never flash firmware with custom Roms.

same for me..I have never flashed oreo firmware oos on secondary..DU worked fine for me..and NOS ROM too..with kernel 3.18.90..3.18.91

Why MultiROM become "disable" if i do wipe dalvik& chache?
On MultiROM Manager i can see the ROMs but if i want boot any of them it does not work. Only the internal ROM works anymore.
If i do restart the rom selector screen does not pop up anymore...

Your primary kernel can not have the kexec patch, since most kernel have my patch, or they are using my Intoxicated kernel built in. It will only work when they updated, since i reverted the kexec patch in my kernel. If you use Validus as primary (or tipsy, tesla, orion,...) you can flash the kernel.zip i made without kexec https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24591000424948866 .
Or you can flash a kernel on primary that uses Anykernel, i have let lord_boeffla know he needed to revert it, so check his thread.

Hi,

I am trying to boot(not flash) the unified recovery from the OP ... Its more than 5 minutes and its still saying ...

Trying Decryption
Failed to mount /data partition!
Updating partition details....
...done
Unable to mount storage
Full SELinux support is present.

I have a pattern lock set on the device and the Security settings suggest that my device is Encrypted ... the whole idea of booting into this twrp recovery was to try to disable encryption a prerequisite for setting up multirom ... Unless i am supposed to use a generic twrp recovery file and not one that is specifically modified for multirom support ... the phone has turned pretty hot whilst the decryption is being attempted ?
