Yes,but the problem is,I don't have one.I was previously using Gcloud and a shared server of my friend, but now Gcloud asks for credit card instead of a debit card,I don't have a credit card as I'm still a student and my friend's server got damaged due to short circuit.Wouldn't a Cloud Server serve this purpose better?

To get a server,I need to pay for it per month,which I,unfortunately, can't as I'm still a student.That's the saddest part of it.However,I'm trying my best to get a server to use and continue to build for bacon.
Yes,it is free,but I'm not talking about a file hosting server.I'm talking about Gcloud,Alibaba Cloud,Amazon AWS,Microsoft Azure etc or something like this....The main idea is that it consumes just 100mb of your internet even if used for a whole day,and is much fluent for building roms when you don't have fast and unlimited internet connection.

Connect your android device. Verify if "Settings > Developer options > USB debugging" is checked, if not, simply check it. Open a command prompt (windows) or terminal (linux / mac). How to do it: On Windows: windows + r > enter "cmd" (without quotes) > click enter | On Linux: You don't know how to open a terminal? LOL | On Mac: Type Terminal into Spotlight and open it CD to the directory where the adb executable is located.
