g900F Work Method ?

I dont know for g900f, I followed the steps for g900h to change boot logo

Can someone make a flashable zip for G900F also please because the tar xf step does not work for me

Please guys can you make a flashable zip also for G900F?

I'm sorry for G900F users, because I haven't tested it for G900F (Because I don't have G900F). But, I really appreciate and thanks for G900F users to try this menthod. Thanks for the report. I will try to do something to make it works on G900F (I'm not doing it now because I still have many school tasks to do).

But, The menthod in the first post works for G900H. Because before I create this thread, I have tested it on my G900H.

No because with this method you have to edit a part of bootloader called param.bin .
In g900h you can open it as a file .tar and easily edit it, in g900f you can't: you get error.

So don't ask if someone can make a zip for G900F: almost ask if anyone has found a way to do the procedure for G900F..

We already went over all this earlier, mmcblk0p11 won't work, need to modify the bootloader.

I've noticed 2 errors and I've wrotten them in new thread..

Maybe you can download G900F firmware and see if you can open some parts of bootloader as tar.. because I remember maybe you said in g900h you can open param.bin with a normal tar visualizer..

In g900f isn't possible and tar xf doesn't work..

Maybe you can try to open all g900f BL parts with a tar visualizer.. but I don't know if this will work..

But, im not an Android developer or coder, but can I know the metod to open the dev/block/param? (I dont know if it is the correct file) It doesnt had a .extension and I tried to open with .zip and .iso... nothing (Yes im newbie)

Oh, I view the last modification time of param, is the moment at I boot the device, uh?
And I want to add:
If @amtra and @willysusilo fix the G900F changer, can it works in G900M? both devices has Snapdragon :cyclops:

Now, I havent found any menthod to modify G900F boot screen. So, only G900H boot screen changer is available. I will try to do some research in my free time. If I have more free time, I will make the boot changer for all Galaxy S5 variants

We've already been over this, it requires a modification to the bootloader, doesn't get any more cut and dry than that. Nothing more to research, modify the bootloader for snapdragon variants.

Dont play with bootloader as it may hardbrick ur device. Snapdragon variants does nt have param as the logo is encoded in bootloader. And Dont knw about 900M. Anyone having 900M can post ur partition details so that we can take a look. Im sure its also need to edit bootloader i think.
