You should change the name. This rom is far from being free if there's no option to disable all google services (spyware).
Anyway, I doubt that anyone who wants a free OS will use OOS anyway since it sends analytics without permission.

This is based on the stock rom, so it will be the same.
But it can be better if you remove all "bloat" apps.
And it's up to you to modify the system like you want

I can't see how it's possible to flash a new Rom without wiping system....as system is where the Rom stands. And if you wipe system wiping the two others... No?

And don't forget to make a copy of the 1.0 version, and rename your 1.0.1 patched version .

Yes, you are right but the wipe system doesn't wipe the others partitions like /data and cache/dalvik.
