Come on, flashing new Rom = full wipe. It's a basic rule since ages and people still ask?
Do they wonder if they have to take a shower every day... Perhaps.

You can logically make an update, from any OxygenOS based rom, without wiping the /data partition but I have not tested it yet.

Funny that... I've been flashing roms since getting the Samsung Galaxy in 2009 and not always is full wipe needed. And if there's nothing specified in OP then the question will be asked. So I don't think you're 'bird feeding' theory applies here

If you dirty flash a totally new Rom with different architecture, I think if you report a bug the first answer will be.... CLEAN FLASH.

Even with roms having backup scripts to preserve your gapps, you can have bugs occurring along dirty flashes. I've personally experienced that many times. Then Clean Flash again.

Do a dirty flash but don't come and complain as the gold standard is clean flash. Even if it's bothering, much longer I agree. Flashing roms in development is considered as testing, and behind the childish and boring warnings (like thermonuclear war, warranty void and other stupid things) the underlying is that if no procedure is stated then first flash at least is clean. There are enough nonsense bug reports here no need to add.

And no need to make a pee distance contest saying that you're flashing since 2009. I'll leave you answering and be a good shepherd then.

Thanks for the great ROM!

One of the most important thing to me is the sound MOD, I was not able to get ARISE MOD working with stability.

Your MOD has enough quality too.

I've just add xposed alert installing the ROM, everything is working fine until now.

After (dirty)flashing this rom over OOS 3.1.2, TWRP got replaced by standard recovery and root is gone ... Viper4android is not working.

Maybe i should start again with a clean flash, but are you planing to update your rom to OOS 3.2.0?

Sadly, i can't test it for now :/
But, if it works on stock, it should works here.

The installer makes a backup of your current recovery and restore it after the installation of the system, so it's not normal.
You can retry the installation and save the logs files, maybe i can find why you get that.

Yes, i'm downloading 3.2.0 OTA update :)
I should make an OTA package updater and a full version soon.

Never tested stock, I just received a new type c adapter to my mini USB OTG and it's not working.

I've asked a colleague to test the adapter in OP2 and it's working, so it's not adapter fault, lets wait is someone can confirmed about stock and this ROM.

You only need
Code:
FreedomOS-op3-nevax-1.0.1-signed.zip
"FreedomOS-1.0.1_PATCH_FROM_1.0_README.zip" is for those who already have the 1.0 zip file, like that they don't need to download the full zip.
