Well, the worst happened. Failed to decrypt error and lost all my data
Always make a backup. I am very sorry about it but as I said before I do this always without any problems. This can be if you changed the pin or pattern lock once. The phone will be encrypted with the first pin you set.

Always make backups or store important things in a cloud.

But I have lost my data several times before and I know how it feels like.

@Köppchen Hello my friend, I'm still using your FreedomOS-CE-op3t-koeppchen-OpenBeta28.zip, love it!...but don't know if you already know 5.0.5 is out, do you think is possible for you to update your Rom?.

Thank you.

Pd: update to stock OOS

Hi @Sir_gpm, i have seen the regular releases of OOS. I love to see them. I'm not willing to create a new Rom more often. I do have a OnePlus 6 by now and i am not using the old 3T very often. This might change in November when i'm getting a faster internet connection but to tell the truth i do not believe this myself.

Thank you to the original author and Köppchen for updating Freedom OS for as long as possible. I used it for most of the life of this device and it was a wonderfully uneventful and smooth ride. I still highly recommend Nougat. For those who ask perpetual questions about what to use now see do a search of my recent postings. Otherwise I would still recommend Nougat Freedom for stability.
