Well no insult, but this new release I would say pre alpha, clearly doesnt work on a few device including mine. It is confusing that forum and update suggests continuity between the mm and nougat. MM worked pretty freakin well as a daily driver that we cant tell about nougat. Just open a new thread for the new release and ppl will join in testing because we would be really really really ... happy to have it working. I swear to god I will make backup and I test it even on a daily basis and post bug report as much as u wish. Have a nice day!

So why everyone keeps requesting for new Android versions? When you(=xda note 2 community) had MM with just a few bugs, you said that N is a must, and you guys wanted it. You didn't care about a FULL stable MM release.
Now everyone is bitching about the bugged Nougat (sorry for that). Well, give some space to the dev and let him figure it out or do it yourself!

The build is working on every device. There are just some bugs.

Ok just to avoid any misunderstanding: No one is bitching around. I have this note 2 only at the moment and I am using it as a phone. Usually devs open a new thread for a new release. Basically here all comment is about the MM, and its confusing. I think I was pretty clear in my previous comment. WE ARE ALL THANKFUL! Just keep it organised as much as possible.

Flash recovery with heimdal or odin via download mode. Or you can use twrp from play store to flash twrp recovery.

I prefer the first option.

Well THAT screwed my Phone as it went over the OTA Update ^^. Sadly, even after a clean install with the matching GApps it wont work. No Cell, no SIM, no WiFi - nothing. Had to go back to the 11 Version and disable Updates. I am absolutely happy with the "old" ROM tho, so Keep up the good work!

i have install the last version of twarp recovary (2.0.3.0) do wipe for data/system/dalvik/art cache/cache
why why i thougt rhis rom will be my end search for the best rom for note 2 ???????

I am running my Note 2 on the Build from 27.10.2016. It is working like a charme - one of the best Roms I used! Thank you!

BUT If I update my phone is broken and google play services are down and I get one error message after another. This is very sad. Stick to the old rom guys until the update is really working.
