I am running my Note 2 on the Build from 27.10.2016. It is working like a charme - one of the best Roms I used! Thank you!

BUT If I update my phone is broken and google play services are down and I get one error message after another. This is very sad. Stick to the old rom guys until the update is really working.
may be you make a mistake ! : 27.09.2016 ?

Well THAT screwed my Phone as it went over the OTA Update ^^. Sadly, even after a clean install with the matching GApps it wont work. No Cell, no SIM, no WiFi - nothing. Had to go back to the 11 Version and disable Updates. I am absolutely happy with the "old" ROM tho, so Keep up the good work!
Yeah I had the same problem, its a corrupt EFS I had to use a backup and install the 11. edition, when I use 12 it crashes my EFS every time. (including the newest one.) so until its worked out I will stick with AICP 11. (test all the 12. ones, all crash EFS) including todays OTA and Fresh Install

Hi. Need guidance.
I am using the 27.09.2016 version without gapps. Using microg instead.
Xposed installed. It is seen that the cyanogenmod system keeps the device awake for a little bit.
Are there any listeners which needs to be silenced or some mods to be flashed to help cyanogenmod system help sleep.
regards

And Tilak, maybe the biggest problem in the late ROMs since 6.0 was the media. We still cannot use some apps because video breaks. Can you install SoDelicious and check that out? Thank you!

Actually its pretty conservative in battery use. If you read the first topic you should see the link to the tweak app which you can use to change governors to your liking ie battery save.

AICP
Android Ice Cold Project

AICP is known by everyone as Android Ice Cold Project that started on HTC Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!

Until lollipop, ROM has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CyanogenMod when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.

- You tell... :p

ROMs should contain everything you need to enjoy Marshmallow. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, Google Apps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.

How to flash:

  • Install latest TWRP/CWM/Philz recovery on your device.
  • Make a backup of your current ROM.
  • Wipe system, data, cache and dalvik.
  • Flash ROM.zip and Googleapps.zip.
  • Reboot system and setup!

PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed!
You can still use CWM and OTA app, but only to download zip file and flash it manually from within recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard.
