I mean 7.1.2 doesn't work on our device. It gives a bootloop. Is this working?

install build and reboot and install gapps and reboot
Yeah , i wiped everything . Everything is good on latest build. Also latest boeffla kernel CM14.1 works .
Substratum works also , but with some bugs not related to the rom , so themes need to update for 7.1.2.

Hi, i installed lineage-14.1-20170412-nightly-i9300-signed.zip , the only problem that i have is the sim recognition, any sim that i tried isn't "seen" by the phone... it's a roms bug? ... of course, the phone recognized any sim before...

It's unnoficial LineageOS14.1 for Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300).
I strongly recommend to perform a backup of your current rom before installation.

Recommend: Rooted device with custom recovery like (TWRP 3.X.X)
- make a full Backup from your device
- Full wipe device
- Install your Build
- Install Gapps (ARM Pico or Nano)
- Wipe Cache and Art/Dalvik
- Reboot
- Wait for 1st boot
- Enjoy
