I'll just give you the steps which I always do and which never failed for me so far:
1. Boot to TWRP
2. Make sure the MM Bootloader is installed (which is the case if you were on 3.1.4 other flash 3.1.4)
3. Completely format /system /data and /cache to ext4
4. Flash the ROM Zip, make sure you got no corrupted download
5. Flash GApps
6. Flash the Root solution of your liking
7. Reboot to System (first boot will take several minutes so make sure you are connected to a charger or your battery loaded)

Otherwise only log files can help us

I see than in the first post its says Last Updated 2018-01-20 but i don’t see any changes.
Anyone know what have changed? It is the same rom build?

Google Backup not working:
I'm unsure if this issue is rom related but I already tried other things to fix it.
I recently decided to move on and switch to unofficial lineageos 15 with sultan kernel.
Now I want to backup all apps+data via the Google backup option.
Backup is enabled but in google drive it's not showing up. On the phone no backup is triggered.
I already tried to clear google drive app cache/reinstall the app, uncheck and check the option to auto backup in sync & restore settings, remove and add google account again and in option accounts I enabled back up app data and sync now. There I see disabling and enabling it again does nothing. All other stuff like Inbox or Contact data show syncing but app data does not.

I installed the rom long ago, but if I recall right, I installed gapps nano, it should work with this package right?
Also I disabled the Google app, I reenabled it and updated it. I also remember greenifying the Google Drive and Play app, I also degreenified it now.
Does not help. Has anyone an idea why I cannot back up apps+data via the google backup method?

Hello guys.
This time I believe I'm in real trouble.
Last night, as I was in the middle of a trip and low on battery, my phone fell and it was nasty. The screen got a real blow and now it won't respond to anything. I have a feeling that in the background the phone was still working. Anyway, by the time I got phone, the battery was empty and the phone switched off.
I connected it to my PC and it gets recognized, but up to the point of being a portable device "ONE E1003".
Right now the state of the phone should be waiting for me to input my PIN code.
Since I don't have any access to the screen, I cannot set it to show me the files in the PC.
All I need is a folder that is saved somewhere there.
My SD card was set to be used as internal storage, combined with the internal storage of the phone.

1. Would you think ti would be wise to remove the SD card and insert it in the PC and see what happens or would it be possible to do any damage on it since its formatted as internal storage?
2. Can you see any way of getting the folder back?

If you have installed twrp recovery on your phone then,
1. Switch off the phone
2. Volume down +power button (Recovery)
3. Connect to PC
4. Transfer all files.
Done.

I need to bring OPX back to factory status but I also need to update firmware and bootloader to the latest version available. Can you tell me the process starting from an unlocked bootloader situation? Even just by linking a thread in which it is explained.

I've tried so many things that I've lost track.
But this is a really good sum up in order to go straight to the point.

I just cannot seem to unlock the bootloader in order to reflash TWRP. Please if anyone can find any solution or suggestion, I would be grateful. So far adb & fastboot minimal, Skipsoft Android Toolkit, both did not work.

Not trying to be a jackass, but... You can just google search some things. It's not that someone is gonna help you in the obvious. Search a little bit yourself and you'll find the answers are easier to find with a google search. :good:

Look, I wanted a simple confirmation that the procedure I know (and that I used) was actually the right one to get back a really "stock" condition. If it bothers you, then you can also go further instead of wasting time to answer without even including relevant advice, in addition to your lesson.

I read your thread and frankly I would have suggested the same moves that others fellas have proposed before me. Even if the adb commands don't lead to anything, the situation becomes thorny.
To answer your question on the SD (where's what you need) I think that if you put it on the PC after simply extracted from the phone you would be asked to format it (I think I remember something like this happened to me, years ago).

You're exactly right. That's what happens. So, that's a no go until I give up from the fight.
I don't know what else to do. Is there any guru around the EU that would be challenged to take on something like this? I would pay of course...

Hey guys. One more question.
I had my SD as internal storage and now the data inside it are encrypted I guess (shows 0 bytes/0 bytes).

Is there any way to have access to that data since the phone was factory restored?

    This is an unofficial CM13.0 ROM based off of the stable branch instead of the nightly branch, with the main goal being stability with an overall good user experience. This ROM has many things in common with my OnePlus One ROM.

    Custom kernels are not compatible with this ROM. I will NOT provide support if you install a custom kernel.

    • Based off latest generic CyanogenMod 13.0 stable sources (root access is NOT included)

    • Custom camera app with several manual controls and high-speed video recording with audio

    Installation instructions (for first-time installation):
    First, perform a backup of your existing setup, and then perform a clean install (wipe /data and /system; TWRP is recommended).

    1. Why did you underclock the CPU to 1958 MHz?
    Answer: At 1958 MHz, the amount of heat generated by the CPU is good amount less than at 2265MHz, so the CPU is throttled less often (leading to better user experience), and battery life is better as well. The performance difference between 1958 MHz and 2265 MHz is also not really noticeable unless you use a benchmark application. If you want to remove the CPU underclock then flash the zip from the first post that disables the underclock. You must flash this zip every time you install a new ROM update.

    I've been very busy for the past 3 weeks (moving, summer class final exam, attending a wedding 500mi away), so I haven't had any time to work on the OPX. I'm tired now so I don't think I'll make an update this week, but I'll try updating the ROM once the August security patches are pushed to the stable CM branch.
