Seems to be working fine on Sultan's rom. Finally a version that actually switches from speaker to headphones effects upon plugging them in.

How did you install it?

Installation:
1- Nandroid backup.
2- Go to Root Explorer / System / addon.d
3- Delete 75-ModioFX.sh

I don't have 75-ModioFX.sh
I deleted/uninstalled AudioFX through Titanium Backup...

Am I good to install?
What should I do after I install?

To everyone having issues on the camera after flashing v5.2, flash this zip after making a nandroid backup (just in case).
This zip replaces MaxxAudio v5.2 and its libs by the ones of the Floydfire's MaxxAudio for CM12.1 v5.2, which is perfectly working, fixing the camera issue.

For me working but... Only work when i choose Speaker option, Headphones option not working, no effect. And i confirm video recording work :good: But Headphones plugged work on Speaker option.

I confirm that. That's the only issue that the Floydfire's version have. But it works in speaker mode for headphones or line-out

Yeah, I just flashed it on my Oneplus X + OO3 but we don't have the "Space" settings that way. Tried the 5.2 zip from this topic first but it caused bootloop so I went with that one.

If you know how to flash things, you must know how to make nandroid backups and test it for yourself.

v5.2 is kind of working on OnePlus 3, CM13. Only works with Spotify and audio cuts out for one second at the beginning of every song.

Still better than the stock CM AudioFX though, which instead of cutting the audio for a second, it ran the audio without the EQ for a second.

Edit: Here I am realizing two days later that the speakers don't work... Guess I'll be restoring the CM AudioFX.

Have you Headphones option after connect? Or only Speaker? Like on previous pages.

Hi,
just tried 5.3 and it doesn't work for me. Tried on unofficial CM13 on Oppo R7s and it didn't work (app opened, but changing values didn't have any effect). On CM14.1 Oppo Find 7 the playback stops after 1 second. So I rolled back to stock and will try to go to 5.2 ..

Anyway I'm very glad there is somebody taking care of this feature, so thanks and keep on rolling!

Hi, I flashed the 5.3 on my Xperia SP, thirdpart players are working fine but origin music player no sounds. the ROM is cm-13.0-20161021-NIGHTLY-huashan, hope you can solve it, thanks.

This keeps breaking the audio when plugged on line-out. A reboot is always needed in order to have sound back.
