It clearly states it in the installation steps in the op
1. FOLLOW THIS
2. Download ROM and PATH
3. Enter in Recovery , WIPE (system,cache,data)
4. 1. Install ROM and 2. PATH
5. Reboot and Wait 5min OM (First start of installation, long delay).
6. good OM

I didn't mean to be rude I apologise. I haven't tried the ROM personally yet that's why I didn't comment on which version is better. What I meant was for you to try the first version and if your happy then great but if your not happy just upgrade and flash the newer version and see if that suits better. Usually newer versions are more polished and stable but I know your concern aswel. Anyways sorry for the confusion and sorry if I came off rude.
