Error message - com.android.phone has stopped - when Network operator is launched

I have an unlocked, rooted Sprint Samsung Note 3 SM-N900P.
I have added ril.sales_code=LOL and ro.csc.sales_code=LOL to build.root file to unlock the network operators was grayed out.
Now I get an error message stating com.android.phone has stopped when I try to launch the Network Operator option under settings.
Please help. Thanks
