Error VPN api is not available In your device

Please Help me to Fix my error

I using Xperia T2 Ultra D5303(Rooted), and I start a App, Hotspot Shield VPN, and I get Error messege, VPN api is not available In your device. Unable to find explicit activity class {com.android.vpndialogs.ConfirmDialog};have you declared this activity in your AndroidManifest.xml..?

Try to reinstall the app from Google Play Store or try another app dude. There's one Free VPN which I know, Betternet. Try it. Hope it would help you
