Error waking up device

Hi, i have a strange issue with the defy. When i press the button in order to wake up the device, the screen remains black and i have to wait 30 seconds, press again and now it works... Any idea? Hardware problem?

Using overclock apps running in the background??

I have uninstalled setvsel. Now using cgm7 which is overclocked but if i change parameters to 800 it is still happening
