go and talk in the lenovo forum about unloking bootloader, but i would say as someone have the same problem they dont care about solveing this problem if you have near a official motorola support site they can reprogram the cellphone or pay 20usd to a thecnician to doit.

Guys, the code can't have space, if you copy on notepad and remove the '(bootloader)' word there will still be spaces, just remove them when you paste on unlocking site (just paste and manually remove them, 2 or 3 spaces). worked here.
