download connectbot and choose local in connectbot, type su twice then you have rootpermission and type: a2sd --enable

I flash the 2.1 ROM and I am very satisfied with its performance; very stable and fast. Is the patch and extras for this ROM too? I notice one bug that is when the device reboot, the Faves return to default so we have to set up it again.

Data Connection problem

I just flashed YogenTouch 1.5. I can not get the data connection work. I tried to set up the APN but when I tried to fill the username, I got the numeric keypad only and I can not switch it into alphabetical keyboard. As the username of my network use both (ex. wap123), how to fill those characters?

The extras is for 2.2 rom, you can't use it on 2.1 rom. But you can create one yourself with Uot Kitchen (http://uot.dakra.lt). About the faves thing...I really have no idea whats wrong with it.

That's just weird, username input field on my phone uses a full qwerty keyboard. Maybe you can try switch between fields to reactivate the keyboard.

I'll test it 1st, the leaked 2.15.531.1 version that I tested a month ago still caused "speedy" issue, you can clearly feel it when you slide between home screens. And the Neocore benchmark is really bad (23-27fps), which causes bad performance to 3D games (like Fruit Ninja). I don't know why Froyo is that sluggish, the performance on Eclair and Gingerbread is really much better.

from me as well =\ now I don't have any mobile network.

Also tried to copy a pre-made apns-conf.xml to /system/etc/ but it did nothing...

Besides that, it's really a great ROM.

Found a solution to the messy APN windows.

Put the attached file (unzip it first) in /system/etc on your phone.

Then through the APN settings windows, do "reset to default".

That works for me and now I have a working mobile network

(The file contains lots of different APN settings for different mobile companies, but it might not contain yours, so you might wanna check if it does and if not - edit it)

Sorry fellas, I'm no longer using HTC Legend, so every requests will not be processed.

About the facebook part, does your government block facebook? Because in Vietnam (my country), facebook is blocked, try using Open VPN Settings.

i think's its eclair false cus when i move to froyo it's ok :| no luck then
