EU version (Dutch) apparantly has no theme store and no swipe up gestures?!?

I'm thinking about trying the Chinese version again as I could pickup cheap! But before I do have couple of questions pls.
I know theres no notification in status bar but Do you get notifications for all apps when notification bar is pulled down or is it limited to 5 apps?
When screen shut do you get that nice colour border notification for all apps of just the 5 apps?
Someone who's trying to sell this thing is telling me roger he gets notifications for all apps?

Also, some have these Iphone X style gesture navigation, but I don't even have that option? Maybe no EU versions have this duo legislation? (see screenshot) Does anyone know how to get it?

I've got the exact same problem on my Dutch/European Oppo RX17 pro so I can at least confirm it's not phone related.
The theme store I personally don't much care about but the missing swipe navigation is a significant bummer as this is one of features I wanted to give Oppo a try for.
AFAIK every phone running any recent version of Oxygen OS should have this feature and I can't think of a valid reason to region lock a feature like that.

I'm trying to get Oppo to comment on this.

Update: Oppo Netherlands via Facebook claims the swipe navigation feature will be pushed in an update. Oppo's customer support via the website claims the feature is switched off for privacy reasons in the Netherlands.

I think Oppo Netherlands is referring to Android Pie which has this feature baked in the OS and are riding that wave.

I am very curious what Oppo is doing that they have to disable this feature in The Netherlands and presumably Europe. It is obviously GDPR related but I don't see why swiping has a role at all in this.
It implies fishy data gathering.

I have inquired further but expect no real feedback on that. I do feel undersold somewhat. I based my RX17 pro buy on reviews and thusly in part the swipe feature that i just can't use as it stands now. (I realize this is a find x topic but this is OS wide so its reasonable to assume the same applies here.)

Just received update CPH1877EX_11_A.11 on my RX17 Pro, apart from bringing the december android update, it enabled swipe naviation!

Still no theme store though.

I have OPPO RX17 Pro (European version) and the OPPO CLOUD is missing while the OPPO R17 Pro (Chinese version) has it !
I would like to know if it's possible to extract the OPPO Cloud on ColorOS package from the chinese version ?
Then get the apk and so i can install it on my OPPO RX17 Pro (European version).
