Here is a small changelog provided in the ZTE-Forum - if you get the update via OTA

SRY - Its the german one:

1) Juni security patch
2) optimization of the phoneswitch function
3) Optimization of compatibility issues concerning some BT - Headsets - maybe also some other bugfixes concerning BT
4) increase of system stability
