EUY is non-EU European country joint CSC which is free from the operator customizations. EUX is joint CSC for all EU countries (non-operator). I would wait for EUX, since people are having trouble with Indian software flashing over EUX.

Afghanistan and Egypt got it, staged rollout. Patience. There are months where EUX is first out the gate, and otherwise as well. I wonder how many Fold 4 phones are in Afghanistan...they got the patch yesterday.
