Using *#*#4636#*#* i saw that it gave the option to change the radio type. So the Ion can run EV-DO and CD-MA like for Sprint and Verizon? So i would just give the carrier the IMEI and they could activate it for their network?
Ok it looks like I need firmware with EVDO/CDMA information tied into it. Anyone have any idea where I can get that or maybe firmware for another carrier that is EVDO/CDMA? I want to try the Verizon Bring Your Own Phone program and report back to the forum.
