Everytime i try to access to internet ad pops up and covers whole screen.

I reset my phone, then it started going crazzy. Everytime i try to use internet, com.Android.systemUI (ver 2.1.4) starts downloading random apps and also ads pops up, then can't use anything unless ads goes off after a while. I don't think it is a build in program. How did i get this? I cant even unistall! And same thing repeats after reseting again.
Hate part is, it's so frequent.
Need some advice. Plz!.

Root ur mobile and install "unistall app" then uninstall those apps also after root u can download stubborn torjan app that definetly work.
