Hello ! Updated to 5.2 today. There was a problem with the microphone during a call. The interlocutor complains that the sound is very loud and there is a lot of noise, on 5.1 everything was fine in this regard.

Think I found a solution, uninstall latest update for google phone app in appstore. Resolves problem on my Mi9t.

Already tried different firmware's but the problem still exists. It is rom based, last two updates has problems

I can of course, but I don't think it would be a good idea, because after solving the problem with calls, there were problems with applications that use the microphone. The sound became extremely quiet, I have been trying to solve this problem for 2 days, so far nothing normal has happened. You can't find information or get advice on how to fix this.

This archive contains 2 files. mixer_paths_idp.xml needs to be replaced in the vendor / etc path. This requires a ROOT and a file manager that has access to system files. After that, using Magisk, you flash the archive. This method worked for me in that order. If I manage to fix a quiet microphone in applications, then I will definitely let you know.

hello.

This rom recognizes the sim card in my environment but cannot communicate.

H is displayed and communication is not possible, and when I try to set a new APN, the settings app crashes.

Upon reviewing the crash log from trying to save a new APN, I found that you must set "APN type".

Just write your usual settings, write "default" in "APN type", and then click "Save".

I've been on evo since the first test build and I've never noticed any freezes/lag. It should really all be fine. Where exactly does it hang, while doing something specific?

I'm sorry to answer only just now, but after clean formattin and flashing the OS several times, I had to move to another rom because I have to use the phone for work, and could nothandle the hangs any more. With this rom, which is a popular android-10 rom, I had no hangs. The descrition of the problem I originally posted was: " my phone crashes about once a day. I find it locked. Sometimes, the fingeprint spot illuminates and stays on, but nothing happens. Other times, the phone screen remains completely black, frozen. I have to keep the power button for about 10 seconds to reboot it".

Now I see there is 5.2 out, and want to give it a try since I like Evo-X. I clean-flashed it, after flashing firmware, wiping and formatting as indicated in the fist post. Let's see what happens.

By the way, decryption in TWRP only works if you use a pattern. This is how it will be for all Android 11 ROMs until TWRP is updated as Android 11 changed encryption stuff

I see that with TWRP 3.5.0_9 the problem seems to be solved. Just in case someone stumbles on this post Thank you.

Extremely weird. I've never faced those. I'd suggest waiting for a clean flash till the next update.
