Are you flashing folded or unfolded ?
Happened to me with the phone folded , unfolding and flashing it again , solved my issue .

I tried it but also failed, but luckily I found out that I was selecting the wrong firmware from a lot of files downloaded and once selected the correct one it worked.

Now that it worked, I didn't achieve what I want, I was trying to get Call and text on other devices to work as it's removed from EGY firmware but it should be in UAE, I already tried to side load all versions of the APK but it either not installing or installs but crash on opening.

any ideas how to get it to work, or should I wipe the device before flashing the new firmware, or should I use CSC instead of Home_CSC?

Is that a carrier-specific feature of UAE? If so, you should use CSC instead of HOME_CSC, however, make sure to backup and sync all your data prior to flashing as it will factory reset your device.

No, it's not carrier specific, it's a Samsung feature disabled in some countries like the call recording is also disabled in some countries. I just found out that changing the csc using samkey or samfw tools brings call recording for disabled countries, I guess I'll try it and change to UAE csc maybe it works.

yes, changing the region or the CSC for another region will result in loosing features related to your old region and gaining features related to the new region.

That's why I'm trying to find some guide of region related features to select the region with the collection of features I need.

happy to see that u were able to change CSC. I have a F926B/DS | Factory unlocked with Android 13 n One UI 5.0. I got it in Germany with EUX CSC. Now i'm in India n am able to use Indian sim cards and everything else except for Samsung Pay/wallet due to the CSC still being EUX.

Can u kindly help/guide on how to change the CSC to INU/INS (Indian CSCs) to get the India related features including Samsung Pay/wallet please?

I was able to successfully change the CSC on my Fold 3 with Android 13 and one UI 5.0 from EUX to INU using SamFW Tool 3.31. It was pretty simple and straight forward.
