WARNING:Make A Backup Of Your Old Files & Folder Before You Going To Install These Apps. .

Remember to delete arm folder if you copy manually the files and you're on a ODEX (stock touchwiz) Rom,and READ HERE how to set correct permissions for folders and apks/libs

Delete clock folder from system.do a reboot.then install c5 clock app as normal apk.maybe this should help you.

Thank for your answer, but upsm theme isn't upsm ?, it's a special theme for C5, Alexis have export it for his rom, but won't share it as zip
