I was researching colleagues that the developer https://forum.xda-developers.com/m/zidan44.9782219/ is the one who develops the pixel rom for the redmi note 10, does anyone know if this redmi note 10s rom already exists ?.

There is no official ROM available for note10s thus far possibly because there is no official recovery yet. Hopefully few of our expert developer friends are working on it.
However, the GSI roms along with some fixes (mentioned in the corresponding thread) is working very well and with that the device can be used as a daily driver - saying it because i am doing it already.

Now there is LiteE RN10S Global 1.2. I flashed it yesterday and it works fine. Optical there is not much difference to offical Rom, but I think its fast and less of xiaomi malware.
But I hope there will be another rom like EvolutionX or pixel.
