Hi, I wanted to flash Xiaomi. Eu rom in my Poco f2 pro, but I have some questions I wanted to ask as I am a newbie.
1:After unlocking Bootloader, DO I need to install TWRP recovery or can I flash Xiaomi.eu rom using stock recovery or fastboot or using updates? Kindly provide info about this if possible without twrp
2:In Xiaomi.eu will the updates will keep coming like global original rom or in updates, its size would be more than 1 GB at least, or it would be like original rom
what would be the procedure of updates
3:Is Xiaomi.eu rom better than every way then original rom?
4:If I need to install recovery, Do I need to remove decryption first, or it's not necessary?
Thank You in advance.

You can follow their installation guide: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/miui-12-0-stable-release.56191/.
I'm pretty sure TWRP is required for installation of EU ROMs. You can get TWRP for F2 Pro/K30 Pro here: https://mifirm.net/model/lmi.ttt

For updates, wipe Cache/Dalvik in TWRP then install the new ROM over the old one. Be sure that you are installing ROMs from the same channel (Stable or Weekly) and that you are not downgrading, otherwise you would need to format data.

If you're coming from Global MIUI then EU is a pretty big upgrade.

During installation, you need to format data in TWRP which removes encryption by itself. No need to flash any other disable encryption ZIPs.

Wait what? I'm on xiaomi.eu 12.0.8 and my data is definitely encrypted. Meaning I have to enter my lockscreen password after I boot into TWRP, otherwise it's unable to mount any of the partitions (well actually, it does mount them but I only see garbage folder names, can't do anything else except wipe).

yes I am also confused about it, how to remove that encryption from twrp or any other recovery,I installed orangefox once ,and encryption is not being removed, I don't know how to
