I'm very curious about this battery. Can that has this battery tell me, how loose the charging cable connector is when using this battery? I'm on the ZeroLemon battery at the moment, and while the battery works fine, the charging port isn't very secure, as the insides are wobbly.
There is no reason for the battery to have any effect on the USB socket of your phone. I also have the Zerolemon battery on my Note4. The case that comes with this battery gives you full access to the charging port without any obstructions.
With your ZeroLemon vs the stock battery, is the charging port more loose?

Like I said before, there is no effect on the charging socket of your phone when using one of these batteries with their case. It is impossible for the battery to cause your charging port to feel or become loose. Something else is wrong with your phone. It's not the battery.
I think he meant the battery connectors (connect battery and the phone). After sometime the battery feel kinda loose because of the connectors. To fix it just put some layer of paper at the opposite side of the battery connector (bottom of battery) or you could fix the connectors using tweezers. I did this a lot with classic nokias  but never on any modern phone. Good luck!

I tried a different cable and it was fine. Unfortunately that cable snapped so I just received new ones today.

I see [emoji23] :good:
Yea I'm pissed. It was the cable that came with my phone...I all the sudden see it on the floor broke...hanging together by a thread. I'm sure I wasn't sleep walking and cut it. Not sure I even believe in that anyways. Lol

Not really a charging port but I can see that there could've been a loss in translation, given the broken English. :)

Actually, in my case, it was the result of the Zerolemon battery recently bulging - a sign of a dying battery and building up gasses which could prove catastrophic if the battery isn't immediately disposed of. The terminals themselves have always been fine.

That definitely takes me back. I used to bend mine back out with tweezers on the old Nokias I remember having. You're right about today though - haven't needed to do anything like that since my old N80. :)

Told you it had nothing to do with your battery. ;)

But yes, after a while, all these types of cables do eventually experience issues, considering all the repeated insertion/extraction, not to mention bending or hanging off the bedside table when charging overnight, people pulling it out from the cable rather than the connector itself, etc. After four years, mine (from my old Note2) started to fracture a little on the outer sheath just below the connector and exposed the wires. I've done an ugly job of coating it with a chunk of silicone sealant but that cable has another four years of life left in it now.

S view cover hacks anyone?

Hi everyone,
i just wanted to share my experience with a battery from TQTHL built with the latest 2017 battery technology.
it's the most powerful battery i've ever seen for the note 4, insane 11800mah and when i tested it i got 12130MAH out of that battery so even more than the claimed 11800mah.
i tried the zerolemom 10000mah and the hyperion 9600mah but so far this is the best battery i've tested.
the battery comes with NFC and a good case cover...
just google TQTHL 11800mah or you can see a youtube video testing too
S View cover loss is harsh for me... if S View cover could be hacked on somehow... I would take it argh..

Happy to report that I replaced the battery and now NFC works fine. Seems QA on the batteries is not perfect.
Not all that surprising. These manufacturers don't have the same bank balance and resources as the likes of Samsung themselves. That's the gamble one takes when buying aftermarket batteries.

All that said, I took that chance with Zerolemon, got about 18 months out of it and was left quite unimpressed, considering I've usually had lithium chemistry batteries last me for at least twice that before finally showing signs of death. Whatever the QA process involves, I seriously doubt it's quality for a reasonable long-term life. I'm waiting for my shipping forwarder to receive the TQTHL battery from Amazon in the next few days, so I'm holding out with my failing old Samsung original, which is dying on me at the 25% mark. :p

2 months of daily usage

Hi guys, i am writing to those one who did not have their own "bigger" battery for the galaxy note 4.
Im using TQTHL battery for more than 2 months as daily power source for my phone, and it rocks. I am getting at least 13h SoT and it can last even 15+hours if i use phone whole this time.
So if someone is not sure about that brand, do not think more, just go and order one :D

Here you go guys.
After more than 2 months testing this battery and trying almost 20 roms for battery, i even downgraded to kit kat for a couple of roms testing to compare the battery life.
Finally i found the best combinations and i setteled so I'm using Namless Rom v4.0 android 6.0.1
I have xposed v87.1 for samsung
I'm using Greenify and Amplify and Power Nap and appOpsxposed and bootmanager.
Also i'm using AelKernel v20 with disabled wakelocks and -0.35v on voltage with lionheart governor (check screenshots).
Also i'm using the latest bootloader (DQG5) and modem (DQA1) for now but i will try different modems later to check whats the best modem for Battery life.

I'm so happy now :) best battery ever
there is no phone compared to the note 4 with 12000mah for battery life.

Also i'm going to install a full black theme and the lines icons with NOVA Launcher that will make the screen true black (true black pixels on amoled doesnt use power at all and green color use the least battery) my screen will be black and green :)

So do what I did - signed up to a shipping forwarder, ordered on Amazon.com and had it sent to them, who have shipped it on to me in Australia. Not a cheap solution but it's the only way if you're not flying to the US anytime soon.

Colour me impressed. I thought I did well getting 36 hours performance out of my old Zerolemon. This battery is only 18% larger in capacity but I'm already at 55 hours of continuous operation without a charger.

Early days yet but it's a good first impression. Definitely worth paying the extra in the international shipping.

One thing to mention though, the case it comes with is a regular TPU rubber type, with no belt holster/clip option. I'm using my old Zerolemon case but because the TQTHL battery is 3mm longer, I had to get the Dremel tool out and shave down the bottom segment of the battery compartment. This has considerably weakened the base of the case but the rubber sleeve of the case helps regain some of that strength.

Something to keep in mind if you still want to clip it to your belt, because it's too big for any pocket, in my opinion.

Thanks for the post. Would have never known this battery existed. I am crossing my fingers that just maybe this may cure my random freezes, reboots, and lag. Been running with the zerolemon for over 2yrs guessing. Last 6 months have been pure hell with the described issues. I first blamed marshmallow, then downgraded to lollipop (of course custom Rom - tried the only few (zerolemon) kernels existing. Thinking my zerolemon may just be dying and producing sporadic voltage? Have done ALL the wipes and clean starts in reinstall of Roms as time permits.

MaybeI killed the zerolemon by using fast charge all this time as I read in the docs with it that I must have overlooked to disable that?

Any advice from those rooted w/ TWRP and a preferred lollipop based rom DOK2 I believe on the N910T would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to the TQTHL battery from Amazon this week!

Surprisingly, my phone did pick up a little pace as a consequence, so it is possible.

Well, my problem was two-fold. The random freezes and reboots were actually the result of dying RAM on the mainboard. Both my Note2 and Note4 have had tendencies to die in a catastrophic manner with only two months left in the warranty at worst. In both cases, random freezes and reboots would lead up to a total failure and reports of eMMC read errors or even rebooting itself into Download mode. If you've had your battery for two years, then it's likely that the "two-year timer" on these phones (purely based on my experience and a few others) is starting to take hold of your phone as well. My Note4 actually began failing about 18 months into its life, so it started dying sooner than my Note2 did. Nevertheless, on both occasions, the mainboard was replaced under warranty accordingly. No fuss.

MaybeI killed the zerolemon by using fast charge all this time as I read in the docs with it that I must have overlooked to disable that?
I've never been a fan of fast charging anyway. There's a reasonable median between charging speed and long-term life of a battery. Charging a battery faster definitely shortens the long-term life of any battery and I don't give a damn what anyone else without an engineering background has to say about it. I've had so many arguments about this before and I'm not entering into another one beyond offering my professional opinion in this message.

Enjoy the battery! I'm back to around 58 hours of run time before going flat. I flew out of town for the weekend, so off a fresh charge Saturday morning, I landed back home on Sunday night with around 9% remaining, which means I had at least half a day more to go before it would be sure to run flat.
