I have a 256GB USB stick that has ~80GB of music on it - the stock media player has trouble reading it, but once the media library is scanned, jetAudio/Power Amp seem to work fine. The problem is after a power cycle or initial boot, the media library is lost, and it takes a while to rescan. Does anyone else have an issue with media libraries having to rescan on power/reboot? Any fixes?

Did you solve it? How? Just disable automatic scans? I got the same issue with sd card
Disabled automatic scans so the media library is not constantly rebuilding on a restart.
I also just switched to Poweramp from jet audio
Power amp manages large sound (10k plus) libraries better
If I disable automatic scans, my media library is empty after boot. I use Sony Walkman. I know that Poweramp can use its own library, but I don't like that player... Hm big issue for me...
