Please would you be kind enough to post the brand/make/model for this?
I have a Trent also and the 7" Tab.........if you use the OEM cord, you need an adapter for it to charge correctly. Deal Extreme has "USB Power Adapter for Samsung P1000" for $3.50 and it makes it charge. Also, if you get a Gomadic cord / tip, that works without having to use the adapter. I like that Gomadic has a retractable cable - saves on space when it comes to packing different cords and they have tips for almost everything.i got the new trend 5000MAh external, $45 on amazon
It's got a 1A output and a 500mA output, seperate, with a mini usb B input so you can charge it by usb
I plug my galaxy tab 10.1 in, and it sort of charges, it shows the blue battery icon with the lightning bolt inside it, indicating charging, but there's a red X over it too
Sounds like it's charging, but under the recommended amperage, and thus very slowly
Anyone tried to hack their externals to over-amp the outputs?
have you try that? is it good? I might interested as wellSaw this on newegg. Looks just like the Primo Power Core but much cheaper. Seems to have the same specs. Tempting...
