I would like to buy an extra battery and ive seen in ebay some 4000 mah and 3800mah.
Does this higher capacity batteries fits the phone without making it thicker

This piqued my curiosity so I checked out eBay. They don't appear to include any sort of custom back so I would surmise they're the same size as the original battery. I would still be skeptical of these but if you buy one be sure to give us your review.

Can it damage my phone?
Or the worst case its high Drain?
