I have never been notified of this error. Try to install the stock rom, if it persists it is a hardware problem and not a software one.

Is there any special procedure, configuration, etc. should one need to install the stock ROM, or the procedure to install other ROMs apply here too?

Also, would installing the stock ROM overwrite the Magisk rooted boot image and also relock the boot loader?

Can you tell us a bit more about the rom? Which android version is it and does it run more stable than the GSI A10 which has been suggested in this thread (because that one is very slow on my device).

It is the Android 10 Stock of the T8100. It is more intended for users who have bricked the tablet and they have the locked bootloader. Since that way they could try to recover the tablet.
But of course, I have not been able to test it on a tablet with a locked bootloader.

Have burned this rom via Phoenix Suit on T8100 with blocked bootloader and active FRP.
Phonix shows no errors while flashing.
After reboot it still remain with blocked OEM and FRP.
Any idea?

I don't understand what you mean by OEM. About the FRP can not be removed with phoenix. There may be some video on youtube to bypass the FRP supported by the tablet, but I have no idea.

There are no errors with image. It can successfully be used to unbrick the tablet.

Device was accidentally blocked with mismatched pin code. Nobody knows this old Google account and now I can't open desktop. Asks for password. ADB and fastboot commands don't work while OEM unlock and USB debugging not checked.

Found unlock video suitable for this model.

To lift the thread a bit, I've recently tested Android 13 GSI (Trebledroid) and it works pretty decent. The only problems that I have found are the accelerometer (as it happens in most roms) and the bluetooth that does not turn on.

So with this I assume the automatic screen flip to vertical / horizontal doesn't work, right?
Is there any other way to easily do it manually?
Android is a toy operating system, in my opinion, it doesn't even allow custom shortcuts like, for instance, for a setting that would control this.
I'll throw a party the day a proper Linux distro with a proper mobile OS and GUI can run in these things. Damn if I die old before this happens!

At first I was tempted to sign in again, get my tablet and cancel the subscription again, playing by their own rules and being a cheap Tuga (Portuguese), but then I'm having 2nd thoughts on this.
On the other side, exclusively for research purposes it would be nice to have a Lamentablet 2.0, degoogled, that just by having 2GB of RAM would definitely behave better than the "fabulous" original Lamentablet that we already know, have and (don't) love.

So with this comes a question:
Assuming it's the exact same model but with 2GB of RAM instead of just 1, could we apply on it the rooted IMG image and the same ROMs we've been discussing here on this thread?

No idea, since maybe apart from the 2GB of ram. They have changed more components such as the screen.
I hope it also reaches Spain and I can try it.

P.D: Does the information tell you what version of android it comes with?

P.D2: The GSI roms would possibly be compatible with that tablet. At last they are generic roms.

It's Android 10, I "guess". Mind the quotes because I've gone around their ad papers and found NO info on the OS of this thing. All it says is that, according to them, like the 1GB version, it is fantastic!... (more info on a link further below)

This version of Android will reach EOL pretty soon, I guess. And soon apps may start to break due to OS incompatibility.

But I also assume this tablet may be compatible with newer versions of Android GSI.

And no idea about the screen being different. Their ad only says 8", no info on resolution.
Also, the new version supports a SIM card.

You can follow up about this new 2GB tablet from DECO (the Portuguese Consumer Association).
Thing is, people are so burned up with them and their 1GB lamentablet they aren't even risking €2 for it! Sad but true and I totally understand them!
Also, their ways are so shady people are suspecting they would sign up for a specific gift and receive another... And bare in mind this is the national Consumer Association!! Even myself is Mmmmm... Meh!

Also, me hates setting up and configuring Android. No good backup and restore tools, Titanium Backup has some bug it won't recognize the backups (you have to manually change the archive extensions), no OS imaging abilities (blocked by Google, I believe), Google's and LineageOS' factory restore for personal data on apps doesn't work...
I have 2 phones, and a lamentablet with GAPPs installed but frozen, all of them with LineageOS and only the Samsung Galaxy S5 NEO can properly run TWRP. I'm not even bothering upgrading. That's why I call Android a toy operating system. I'm so happy I don't work on IT right now and don't have to professionally deal with phones.
So I just cringe adding another tablet in my life... My kingdom for a Raspberry Pi 400!!

Good guys, I leave the boot.img for Tablet T8100 and patched with Magisk. Works correctly on the Rom Stock (Android 10 GO) on tablet T8100 with motherboard BND-A863-CV2.0.

As a curiosity, I am currently using GSI Roms on my tablet. The problem is that Roms based on Android 11 and 12, the Gyro Sensor does not work. On Android 10, if it works

Only can be flashed by fastboot as a dump and only if you have an unlock bootloader.

Something that I forgot to say is that the tablet is running Android 11 Go Edition, it has dynamic partitions (super.img) and double-slot partitions (A/B, boot_a, boot_b and that stuff)

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated

I don't know if this comes in line with the last question, but one of my basic needs failing with the latest Android versions and major complains is the lack of the ability to do a save state image backup, something in the lines of what TWRP can do (but there's no TWRP for this tablet, so...)?

Android has some settings backup and restore associated with the Google account but this has always failed me to restore.
I think LineageOS comes with a software that does it (but my memory is failing me exactly what and how) but I believe it failed me also.
Titanium Backup has a bug that changes backup files extensions and fails to restore images...
I hate spending hours and days reconfiguring everything back! And I always keep on forgetting anything deep down there...

An image backup solution for this tablet, does anyone know of anything that actually works?

Without opening the tablet, you have to have the tablet rooted.

With the tablet rooted, you check the partitions with:

ls -la /dev/block/by-name

And then make the backup using the command:

dd if=/dev/block/nand0p4 of=/sdcard/super.img

You only need to make a backup of: Boot, bootloader, dtbo, env, recovery, super, vbmeta, vbmeta_system and vbmeta_vendor.

These backups can later be flashed from fastboot. As long as you have the bootloader unlocked.
