firmware from Samsung Galaxy Tab-A6 2016 SM-T580/T585LTE

• Based Firmware T580 : DBT-T580XXU2BRB2
• Based Firmware T585 : DBT-T585XXU2BRB2
• Android 7.0 Nougat.
• T580, Security patch 20180201. UPDATED 20180317, SuperSU-v2.82-20170528, Busybox-1.28.1-YDS-ARM. Added (ES, RU) KBD language informations.
• T585, Security patch 20180201. UPDATED 20180317, SuperSU-v2.82-20170528, Busybox-1.28.1-YDS-ARM. Added (ES, RU) KBD language informations.
• Wizards deleted (AOSP style).
• Highly debloated, ±87 packages removed. Some stock applications are available with SamApp (in download section)
• All native network communication functions was preserved.
• DeOdexed.
• DeKnoxed (as you can see in the screenshot on security tab, Knox functionality was entirely removed).
• Rooted SuperSU-v2.82, thanks to Chainfire&CCMT.You can also use Magisk (see here).
• BusyBox Busybox-v1.28.x-YDS thanks to YashdSaraf. New version available (Download section)
• Init.d Enabled for SuperSU.
• Internal Encryption off. SuperSU own this now and MAGISK too.
• Deactivation of the guest account display, can be reversed with patch in (Download section)
• Optimizations: boostSdintSdext, batterytweaks, ram, network, display quality, more responsive, and more . . .
• Added some personal sounds files for notifications, rings, alarms as default settings.
• Added apps: Extremely RebootMe v1.x / Package Disabler 1.x.x thanks to VuDanThanh.
• Size of unpacked rom T580: Original -> 2.23Go / Extremely v1.0.3 -> 1.13Go.
• Size of unpacked rom T585: Original -> 2.25Go / Extremely v1.0.1 -> 1.25Go.

Information about Installation.​

Before all:

• Backup all, system, data, personal data, copy all your internal storage to a secure place.

Prerequisites / First time installation of TWRP:

Device with TWRP installed -> twrp-3.0.2-0 twrp-3.1.1-0 twrp-3.1.1-0 If you need explanations how to do this:

• Download "Exmely_vx.x.xbT58x.zip" (see download section) and put it on your ExtSDCard.
• Follow steps from 1 to 3 at How to installing TWRP
• 4- Download and install Odin3_v3.12.3
• 5- Download and install SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones_v1.5.62.0 (Sept 2016)
• Follow steps from 6 to 10 at How to installing TWRP
• You are now in TWRP recovery, follow next steps below.

Installation:

• If your internal storage is encrypted, format it > [Wipe]/[FormatData], type "yes". (if you're just installed TWRP it will be encrypted).
• If your internal storage is not encrypted normally it will not be erased but make a backup for security.
• In TWRP, [Wipe]/[AdvancedWipe] check "System", "Data", "Cache", "Dalvik/Art cache" (Don't check Micro SDCard !!).
• In the home screen of TWRP, tap on [Install], [Select Storage] where Extremely Rom is stocked, select "Exmely_vx.x.xb85x.zip" then [Swipe to confirm Flash] and wait until ending.
• Reboot to System, don't be afraid, with SuperSu you get 2 time boot.
• Be patient, deodexed rom take long time for the first start 2-4 min (and every time you wipe Dalvik/Art cache).

Optional procedures to deactivate useless functionality / enhance performance.

(If you do not know what it is, or you want to keep all the functionality, just skip this step)
After the configuration of your Android system, you can use "DisabledPackage.xml" in your SDCard, to import in Package Disabler 1.x.x app, this is the list of packages that will be frozen. There is lot of apps that not essentials for me but may be usefull for others, you can defrost at any time to get they functionality working again.
Important note, when you import the XML file, the app start directly to freeze the packages and your device seem blocked, just wait 1-2 min and the process will end.
I have deliberately not permanently removed the "packages" of this list to allow some people to have features that are currently not useful to me, such as: "NearbyServices, QuickConnect, PrintServices, ScreenMirroring, Smartview, GameOptimization, etc . . .", I preferred this way so as to be able to activate these according to the future needs. At first boot, none of these packages are frozen, it is necessary to use the soft included in the rom as indicated above.
Some reminders: A frozen application does not appear in the system, is not available in the application list of the phone, consumes no resources and can not be launched by the system.

Apps replacements.​

Important:

• This Rom come without any Internet Browser, Calculator, Calendar, Mail, Music & Video player, Photo/video editing. Download your favorite with GPlay or you can use these free light apps or see also "SamApp" in the download section, for the original Samsung applications.

• SpeakerBoost, I advise not to exceed 10% boost (no pub).
• VIA Browser Internet browser (no pub).
• RealCalc Scientific Calculator (no pub).
• AFWall+ (Android Firewall +) Powerful graphic user interface for integrated iptable firewall (no pub).
• Google Agenda (no pub).
• K-9 Mail Mail Client multi-account (no pub).
• VLC Audio & Video player (no pub).
• AutoStart Manager use it carefully, sometimes apps with auto-start need that turned on at boot to maintain some useful activity, ex: "IU syst.", "MTP application", "Bluetooth" . . . (Pub at launch).

Toolbox.​

• TWRP 3.1.1.0 backup file: TWRP v3.1.1.0 backup updating your TWRP to latest version with itself (copy the directory included in the .zip file to "/TWRP/BACKUPS/--your-device--/", boot under TWRP, tap on [Restore] and select "TWRP 3.1.1.0", [Swipe to Restore], it's done). Please download the original TWRP file from the official site before using it (to respecting their wishes and their work)
• Latest MAGISK [STABLE]: Magisk v16.0.
• Latest SuperSU [STABLE]: SuperSU-v2.82-20170528, zip file to use with TWRP. Thanks to Chainfire

I think Spain language is not fully supported, but is inside.
In manufacturer add directory there is no specific place for Spanish language but only for mentioned country.

anyway, let me know if Spanish language is ok ? (i've seen Catalan in configuration steps ...).

Concerning SuperSU 2.82,

• there is this thread that say that is not fully functional.

• I have tested the last file SuperSU 2.82-Test1 for the fun and surprisingly, it work well with SM-t580 under Extremely_V1.0 rom . . . No need using NoEncryption patch after update 2.82

A screenshot (in french) of it below . . . really, i would have thought that it does not work or that it is problematic with the anti-encryption patch, but not everything seems to work properly, (first boot look strange with Samsung logo freezing but after a while it goes on). I noticed a better responsiveness of the root access function, especially when accessing the lock screen (password or schema), the same with some applications.

I don't put information on main thread about this because i prefer waiting for an official final version of SuperSU but for those who want to try . . . do what you want and be curious ^^ as always BACKUP save your life !!!

[edit]: Tested with: TWRP 3.1.0.0 and TWRP 3.1.1.0 same results, working well on both with a big lag on 1st reboot (Samsung Logo).

Extremely v1.0 is rooted with SuperSU 2.79 latest stable version as mentioned in the description.

• Currently i'm testing v2.82 of SuperSU and all is ok, i just waiting some days to certificate thas all is all right with it and mantioning it officialy in the main thread.
• Sorry i don't like Magisk cause some of apps have issues with it i prefer using SuperSU but maybe in the future when Magisk will be perfect i will try to include it.

It works fine with stock nougat and Extremely nougat

• Sure, actually SuperSu work better than Magisk on samsung devices. but in the future we will see.
• I think T580 will never embeded with a Qualcomm cpu because Exynos is made by Samsung itself then they prefer using it.
• I don't know anythink about the T350 but when nougat was ready it will be a good thing.
• Concerning debloating, you can take note that i've keeped all functionality in this rom, i 've only provided a way to freeze them when these not used.
• All deleted package are not necessary for these to work.

• If you want to upgrade your TWRP, you can do, there is no big difference from 3.1.0.0 to 3.1.1.0.

Right, well, don't forget to read informations update, to enable init.d functionality after SuperSU update (if you use it).
