F Y Samsung! I am using a Samsung charger and battery!

This is the first time this has happened. http://i.imgur.com/EYlwUqO.jpg I was using a Samsung charger and battery. I was using a third party cable but changing it to an official sprint micro USB cable didn't help, even after reboot. I finally removed the battery, put in a fully charged one, swapped cables with external charger and the one with the phone, used a HTC charger for the external charger, and the phone didn't complain. Wtf?! Is a battery dying or use the latest official ROM f ing up? I've never seen this on any of my previous Samsung phones ever!

Try cleaning the charging port/messing with the battery.

I agree, if that doesn't work take it to your nearest sprint service center with your cable. They'll take care of you.

Stop using the 3.0 cable. Known issue. Thats why they swiched the charging porton the note 4
