AOSPAL Update - Remix V4

- Fix: Linked volumes
- Quicksettings: New transition animation/Better Switch Effect
- Remove the incorrect message after 3 wrong PIN attempts
- Base: fix statusbar brightness control gesture
- lights: Add music light support
- Day and week on data usage (Settings -> Data Usage)
- PhoneWindowManager: add ability to use EdgeGestureService for system gestures
- Fixed MultiSim codes.
Features:
- PIE
- Add time-context headers to the notification header
- Blacklist Support
- Dialer Lookup
- Lockscreen Blur: Disable if music is playing
- Implement double tap to sleep on navigation bar
- Removed Quiet Hours from CM, will bring it back with PA's implementation itself.
Fixes
- Fix slider shortcuts layout, now it's been centered.
- Tethering: fix NPE when retrieving active interfaces
Improvements:
- Lockscreen Notification
- Move CPU info to the top left / add transparency, previously it was on top right.
- SystemUI: Only show H+ if config_hspa_data_distinguishable is set
- SystemUI: Set Status bar opaque during drawer pulldown on tablets only
  The status bar only needs to be set as opaque when the notification
  drawer is pulled down on 600dp and 720dp devices. On phones, this
  is unnecessary as the top header of the drawer covers the status
  bar on the phone UI. This change makes a huge difference in
  reponsiveness on devices that run the phone UI as there is no
  longer a delay before the drawer appears when interacting with it
  on an activity with transclucent window decor.

cureently we're staying close to PA to test out Sabermod , current is with 4.7 , we're working on SM 4.8 AND 4.9
