1) Bluetoothe call audio is Really unclear and there is LAG between sender voice and receiver output.
2)it seems that radio quality is really low while the machine is moving
3)radio cannot be saved by RDS Name

I have a couple of problems:

1) Bluetoothe call audio is Really unclear and there is LAG between sender voice and receiver output.
2)it seems that radio quality is really low while the machine is moving
3)radio cannot be saved by RDS Name

Can someone help me to understand if there is something I can do to improve my issues?
Buying an external microphone could help?
Is there a firmware upgrade I could use to improve my experience?

Hi I can confirm that my unit is a F9212B with Android 12 and 7.3.8 version. I've read that it is possible to apply the 9211B to the 9212B.

Just asking if what would be the best firmware to use? Should I stick to what I have since it has a 7.3.8 or should I try and flash 9212B/9211B, I'm afraid that I might brick my head unit.

Mine's missing zlink in the drawer but is installed in the system. Also just curious as to what the stock firmware looks and feels like

Zlink you can install whenever you want... And honestly, about the firmware... Nothing changes, it won't run faster, it won't change unless you are having problems... Maybe and just maybe it will fix it.
To me, always worked bad, I'm still having problems, and I'm about to throw it away.

I installed B7.3.8 version (latest one provided by Support Hikity) but the issue with bluetooth call lag is not solved.

Very bad experience with this device.

Can it be an hardware problem, and the device should be replaced according to your opinion?

Could someone solve the bluetooth call lag issue?
