Face request/help

Hey all,

I've tried making this watch face with watchmaker, and my photoshop skills are pretty lackluster. So if someone could make this for me I'd be over the moon.

I tried using several different apps and have been unsuccessful in doing so.

I was wondering if someone would be able to make the face for a Moto360 watch face for this Movado Titanium Bold face:

I'll make it but that image is also low res so will be a bit fuzzy.
