Facebook Panel connectivity issues on WM 6.5 roms

Has anyone else had troubles connecting to Facebook Panel using WM6.5 roms? Ive been testing some of the Energy roms and various other 6.5.x roms and had no luck connecting to facebook using the panel. I can get through to Facebook via the browser however, so I am assuming its not a provider issue... Its just very notable that it only happened since I started flashing 6.5 roms. In fact the only rom I have Facebook working on is agent_47's Valkryie ROMS which apparently have some sort of TCP customisation removed, though I don't know exactly what that means...

Am I the only one haveing these problems?

Dunno about you...

My panel works fine and I have 6.5 Energy ROM with Sense 2.1.

I would suggest the issue is not 6.5 specific, or even energy ROM specific. It may have to do with network settings (hidden proxy) or something.

See initially that is exactly what I thought, however if it were a proxy or some other configuration, wouldn't you expect probably not to be able to access Facebook via the browser... unless the Panel is attempting to access Facebook via something other then normal HTTP that the proxy does not like...

Ive accessed Facebook through Sense 2.1 integrations, also through SPB Mobile Shell, so I can safely say I can connect to facebook... question is what is the Panel doing differently thats causing concern?

I have the same issue, I can connect through both browsers and MS FB application, but I can't through FB panel (well, just once I succeded)

i have the same problem, i used to connect to fb thru the fb panel but since i installed SPB application and ran it, i can only connect to fb thru the opra browser..pls help, i called Sony ericsson and they told me to re-update the phone software on te website...will this work?
