What do you mean "I'm rooting it with adamkernel 1.3.2"? Have you tried a reboot?

Its already "on"

Yes finally I'm deleting factorymode_fb.apk from /system/app and it works normally again :)

But still, everytime I reboot/turning off and on the device, the message "factory mode is on!!!" still popping out, but yeah everything still worked fine, just annoying message everytime I'm rebooting the device. Quite strange tho.

Did you manage to fix this problem?

I had the same thing happen to my i9500 after reloading stock firmware. I had a backup of the EFS folder and after restoring it I still got pop ups from the factory test.

I checked the factoryapp file and it was already set to on. I changed permissions on the file using root browser (basically selected all the check boxes), rebooted and factory test stopped coming up and my lock screen and reboot screen was back :)

If you already fixed the problem ignore post LOL
