ROM information

I just bought a no-name Android phone - it's called a Lazer but it's reported as a Haier MID5005. It runs a very basic 4.2.2 JB and has a really basic hw identified as K22:
MTK6572, 512MB RAM, 4GB ROM, 854x480 pixels of a very low quality LCD. Has anyone an idea what ROM i could use in case this one goes bang?
If i would need to adapt it could anyone provide me with the link to the appropriate instructions?

have canvas 4 rooted , while changing rom the was an error of imei, in using sp tool i used format, now the phone is bricked? have costum rom downloaded? help is needed urgent

Great news for MIcromax phones

Hi guys and thanks to all those who advised me
There is good news for those who have hard bricked phone ( ie the phone don't even have a boot loader, cant start , nor recognized by PC, or go into recovery.... no red light when connected to charger) , i formated via sptool the bootloader and the phone was totally dead....
most said it not possible to revive it .....its in dead zone..... go to service center and change processor.
the new is for all local micromax , karbonn, spice (chinese brand) phone its simple and cost the least and the service is available for just Rs350/- ( $6/-), that to in under 10mins......
jtag service for just Rs1500/- to 2000/- ( $25 to 30/-) for branded phones
if anyone has problems ( bricking) specially in Goa please do post will direct you to the local guy center..

Maybe you can unmount, format and change the file system of the partition again via adb shell.
