Factory reset stuck at 90%

Check with Service centre then. Just them you got an update and while reatarting it didnt boot up

That is the only way out it seems.

i got back the handset from the service center. All working fine now, except its not recognizing the sim network.
I fiddled with all the sim related settings, but nothing works.
I keep getting a cross over the sim icon. What to do, should i sent it back.

Yes please or try factory reset again and see. if not, send it back
